AI assistant for your Google Business Profile, on your own server
What it is: an assistant that looks after your Google Business Profile every week. Once a week it checks where you appear on Google Maps. It drafts a reply to every new review and turns photos of your work into posts. It tells you when Google changes something in your listing. You get all of this in Telegram, a free messaging app, and you approve with buttons. Anything that could harm the listing waits for you.
Price: $1,200 once for setup and $200 a month for support. On top of that you pay three providers directly, about $30–55 a month in total: a rented server (the computer the assistant lives on), an AI subscription (the paid Claude or ChatGPT plan that writes the drafts) and, if you want the weekly ranking map, Local Falcon (a service that measures your position on the map). The price table below lists each one.
Who it is for: a local business with one to three locations that gets calls and visits from Google Maps (repair shops, salons, clinics, workshops), where nobody on the team has time to keep the listing alive every week.
What the assistant does every week
| Task | How it runs | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Ranking map | A grid of points around your location, the same every week, with your position and the top 5 competitors at each point | Read the weekly report |
| Reviews | A reply draft for every new review, in your tone | Press "publish" or edit |
| Bad reviews | A notice to you with a calm draft; never answered on its own | Decide |
| Posts | Up to three posts a week per location, built from photos of your real work; each photo is checked for personal data first | Approve the style once, then it runs |
| Photos | Uploads your new work photos to the listing | Send photos to the bot |
| Changes by Google | Watches your listing for edits that Google or the public suggest, and tells you | Confirm or reject |
| Holiday hours | Proposes special hours before public holidays | Press "confirm" |
| Questions about your business | Answers from your own documents (price list, warranty terms, procedures) | Ask in Telegram |
Changes to the core details of the listing (name, address, categories) cannot go out without your confirmation. The assistant has no way to send such a change until you press confirm, so this does not depend on the AI behaving well.
How it compares with the usual options
| Do it yourself | Freelancer | Agency | This assistant | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost per month | Your own time | $150–$400 per location | $300–$1,500 per location | $200, plus about $30–55 paid to the providers |
| One-time setup | None | Commonly $300–$500 | Commonly $300–$500 | $1,200 |
| Who does the weekly work | You | The freelancer | The agency | The assistant, with your buttons |
| Same measurement every week | Only if you pay for a tool and keep at it | Depends on the person | Depends on the contract | Yes, the same grid of points |
| Where your history stays if you stop | With you | Depends on the contract | Depends on the contract | On your server |
Freelancer and agency prices come from one industry price guide (SlashPost, 2026). They are a vendor's estimates, not a survey. Our setup fee is higher than a typical one-time profile setup because the setup builds a system that keeps working every week, not a single clean-up.
What it does not do
- It does not buy reviews, swap discounts for reviews or post fake ones. Google's policy forbids this, and a listing can be suspended for it.
- It does not guarantee a ranking. How far the customer is from you, and who your competitors are, matter more than any post.
- It does not run your ads, your website or your social networks. Instagram and the website can be added later as separate work.
- It does not answer phone calls.
How the setup goes
- Request. You send the form below. We reply to the contact you give and ask what you need.
- Audit before setup. We look at your listing and your nearest competitors: categories, photos, posts, reviews and policy problems. You get the list before you pay anything.
- Your server and accounts. You rent a cloud server, which is a computer in a data centre that stays on day and night and belongs to you. You also create your own chat bot in Telegram with our step-by-step instructions and sign in to your AI subscription once. We do the rest over a support key, a login you can remove at any time.
- Installation and a starting measurement. We install the assistant, connect your listing and take a full first check of your map positions before changing anything, so the later weeks have an honest starting point.
- First week together. We agree the post style, the reply tone and which buttons you want. From then on the routine runs and you get the weekly report.

Is it proven?
We run this today for one local service business with two locations: a weekly ranking grid, review reply drafts, posts built from repair photos and photo uploads to both listings. No outside party has checked this work yet. When the owner agrees, we will publish the before-and-after numbers with the date of each measurement. Until then we would rather show you nothing than show numbers we are not allowed to share.
When this is not for you
- You have one listing and ten minutes a week to look after it yourself. A free calendar reminder will do.
- Most of your customers do not come from Google Maps.
- You want a guaranteed first place. Nobody honest can promise that.
- You do not want any rented server in your name.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know anything technical? No. You rent a small cloud server with your card, install Telegram if you do not have it, and sign in to your own AI subscription once. We do the installation and the setup. After that you talk to the assistant in Telegram and press confirm buttons.
Will the assistant change my business name, address or categories on its own? No. The assistant cannot send edits to the name, address or categories until you confirm them. Holiday hours are proposed and wait for your button. Posts and photo uploads run on their own only after you have approved how they should look.
Who sees my data? The server is yours, rented in your name. Your documents, photos and reports stay on it. The AI subscription is also yours: the AI company (Anthropic or OpenAI) sees the text the assistant sends it to write a draft, under that company's own terms. We keep a login to your server for updates and repairs, and you can remove it at any time.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee? The server and everything on it stays yours. We stop updates and repairs, and we stop checking each week that everything ran. The weekly tasks keep running on their own until something breaks or Google changes a rule, and then nobody fixes them.
Can it reply to reviews automatically? It drafts every reply in your tone, and you publish with one button. A bad review is never answered automatically: you get a notice and a draft, and you decide.
How soon will my ranking improve? We do not promise a ranking. Position on Google Maps depends on distance, competitors and Google's own changes. What we promise is a measured starting point before any change, the same grid every week after it, and a written note of what changed in between, so you can see whether the work moves anything.
